School Rules and Policies
To be eligible for training you must:
1. Be over 18 years old.
2. Provide copy of your USA identification card or visa and food handlers card.
3. Pay tuition in full. No refunds once you start.
4. If you do not have a social security number, you must complete an affidavit form.
To be eligible for the state exam you must:
1. Complete all required trainings and all exams with a minimum grade of 80% within two months of enrollment.
Additional Information:
1. If you do not complete your training within two months you will have to re-enroll and re-pay tuition.
2. Your tuition fee includes one exam fee. Failed exams and no-shows will result in paying the exam fee again.
3. You have two chances to pass the state exam. If unable to pass you will have to re-enroll and re-pay tuition.
4. Dismissal from the training program may occur if you don’t follow policies, endanger self or others, cheat, violate resident rights during training, criminal acts, or copying school materials.
