Training starts once you register and pay. Training modules are self-paced and must be completed in two months.
Caregivers: required to complete 50 hours of module training plus 12 hours of skills training. CNA/LNA to Caregiver: 16 hours. Manager: 40 hours.

To be eligible to take the state exam you need to complete all training and provide evidence of your ID and food handlers card.
Arizona allows 2 attempts to pass. In the event you are unsuccessful, you will be required to retake the training program; including paying the fee.

Once you enroll, you have 5 calendar days to withdraw from the course and receive a refund. Refunds must be requested by email to contact@pfundamental.com Two exceptions: 1. There is a $100.00 program registration fee that is non refundable. 2. You must not start any of your training. If you started your training no refund will be given.
All training is taught in English. The state exam is only given in English.
Arizona does not recognize other state's certifications. You will need to take an Arizona approved course to be eligible for the state exam.
Unfortuantely no. The NCIA board requires a formal training no matter how many years you have worked.
